What could be better than a bar-bookstore combo?? I mean, this is just brilliant on sooo many levels! Bookmark this Bar in Rolla, MO is the love child of Jamie and Ryan Cheek, clearly entrepreneurs both brilliant and extraordinaire … and I get to do an author event there. (Smug grin.)
Saturday, July 11, from 3-5 pm I will be signing copies of Chasing Shadows and enjoying their very own specialty cocktail crafted just for the occasion. Yep, they not only host authors, they craft specialty cocktails to go with the theme of their book. (Maybe mine will involve a Jameson whisky chaser?? ) ANYWAY, if you’re in the area, come drink with me! And maybe buy a book … or several — you know, to go with the spirits you get to enjoy while shopping. Color me PSYCHED.
